![]() ![]() ![]() Back then, every application rendered directly to the screen framebuffer, in a back to front fashion (Wallpaper then taskbar, etc.). It's not actually a glitch, it's a side effect of how Windows handled rendering things to the screen pre-DWM. Roadrash game always gave me this glitch. It was used to occur mostly in full-screen games.
